After relocating to Sarasota, Dr. Deb advanced her studies in neuromuscular therapy and structural bodywork. Her training included hands-on gross anatomy dissection at the University of South Florida. In 2004, she earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine. Valuable clinical internships under Dr. Luo and Dr. Mei further refined her expertise.
Dr. Deb stands out as one of Sarasota’s few practitioners expert in treating myofascial trigger points and muscular dysfunctions. She combines acupuncture, neuromuscular therapy, and injection therapy to resolve pain at its root. This powerful synergy reduces inflammation across the entire body. Patients gain lasting relief from acute injuries, chronic suffering, and respiratory conditions.
To help patients live allergy-free, Dr. Deb utilizes Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET). This gentle, drug-free therapy retrains the body to tolerate common triggers without adverse reactions. It safely neutralizes sensitivities to food, pollen, mold, pet dander, fabrics, and environmental stressors.
One of Dr. Deb’s greatest passions is helping others live an optimal life without pain and suffering.
“It brings me true joy seeing my patients with more energy, mobility and overall well-being.”

- “In 1998, I suffered from bulging discs in my neck, causing unrelenting pain in my right shoulder blade and elbow. After 6 months of therapy without relief, my physician referred me to Dr. Luo. I felt some relief after the first treatment, and in 6 weeks, all my symptoms were completely gone! Then in 2000, I was diagnosed with critical spinal stenosis and a herniated disc. Surgery was recommended, but I tried acupuncture first. In a few months, the pain in my leg was entirely absent. Since then, I have continued to see Dr. Deb just to stay “tuned up.” I am able to play tennis, exercise and remain physically active, thanks to Dr. Luo and Dr.Deb!”– Cher Grossman, R. N.
